i am ex Ro player i last played valkyrie around feb- march 2010 and sakray long ago
i got blank black window/pop up when i click start
i think i installed RO correctly and updated no problem but with the new system i have no idea is it a problem with warp? or do i need to add game to warp or what and if so how do i add game i don't seem to see the add button

Be sure you're downloading and installing the Renewal client because any installer older than 2010 will not be able to patch the Renewal changes.
As for how to bind your RO account to your WarpPortal account:
1. Go to Account Management.
2. Click on Game Accounts.
3. Click on Add Existing Game account.
4. Enter the required information.
5. Submit.
Please be aware that a few weeks ago, ALL RO accounts had their passwords reseted because of a brute force hack attack so Click on your Forgot Game Password in order to have your password reseted. The password will be sent to the email that was registered to the RO account, NOT the WarpPortal account. Once you manage to bind your RO account to your WP account, the RO account will share the same email as the WP account.

ZeroTigress, I appreciate your efforts to give support - but did you read the question? It really looks like you didn't in this case, and copy/pasted the most common solutions.
OP, you have a classic graphics problem. Probably due to the radeon problems or issues with AERO interface

Well, he didn't mention which version of the installer he used so I assumed he didn't have the new one. The second part of his post mentioned that he wasn't sure how the WarpPortal system worked since he couldn't find where he could add his RO account so I laid out the instructions for him.
