For those who don't like the math, i've made some calculations, assuming we'd get 1 of each item in the daily quests. From dailies we get:

 

Dailies in Morroc Quest Board:

1x Alchemist Stone  =  Kill 15 RedTooth PICKAXE Tribe

1x Exhausted Stone = Kill 15 STONE golems

1x Lowest Solvent = Kill 15 DESERT scorpions

1x Low Solvent = Kill 20 Musphel Thoughts

1x Mid Solvent* = Kill 20 Skull Mages (DWU)

Daily from liugen in Forgotten Payon

1x High Solvent = Kill 20 Dragon Tails (FP)

 

I separate the days for each thing to make clear that Elixir (aka Alchemist Stones) are the bottle neck here. If you were to try and get a rune you would need:

 

1 Lowest Solvent + 1 Exhausted Stone = 1 Shiny Pearl

2 Alchemist's Stones = 1 Lowest Elixir

-------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 DAYS = +10 rune

1 Shiny Pearl + 1 Low Solvent = 1 Gorgeous Pearl

1 Lowest Elixir + 5 Lowest Powder = 1 Low Elixir

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 DAYS = +25 rune  // Solvent and Pearl = 1 Day ; Elixir = 2 Days

2 Gorgeous Pearl + 3 Mid Solvent = Abyss Pearl

2 Low Elixir + 3 Low Powder = 1 General Elixir

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 DAYS = +50 rune  // Solvent = 3 Days; Pearls = 2 Days ; Elixir = 4 Days

2 Abyss Pearl + 5 High Solvent = Dimmensional Pearl

2 General Elixir + 3 General Powder = 1 Mid Elixir

---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 DAYS = +80 rune  // Solvent = 5 Days, Pearls = 4 Days ; Elixir = 8 Days

You can't use the +80 on other equips but you can use the +50 on all you want also costumes, osiris and so on.
Immagine to own a 3s:
Costume
Back accessorie
Upper face
Mid face
Lower face
For a total of 15 slots to put 750 more stats
Now immagine a war or a knight not wearing eddgar whit nerfed agi (so about 30% crit) whit all the greenseed runes the blue ones and the red ones and 2 x gear normal +50 runes for a total of 12 runeslots filled whit +50 int. 600 Int!
Now add cls runes on the accessories (not sure if iniatius gears can equip them, iniatius is better thatn eddgar now)
750 + 600 + 350 (stats fron lv up) + 224 (6 blueseedrune 20) = 1924 INT
Good luck in pvp since i didn't mention vvip, cards, titles, buffs, honing and i use only +20 blueseed runes.

Instead of Ignatius Set, you're better off using 4 Himmelmez Acc. + 1 Cazar Ring, then giving those 5x +50 runes for +250 Int/Agi/Str.

Nope, Bind Runes +80 can only be inserted on a purple socket, 'till now, only Eddga set has those.

You can equip +50 Bind Runes instead and in your costumes too

Actually I just finished a "Guide" in how to make them, tho I'm pretty sure it will leave you more confused than it will help you >_>

Advent of Valkyrie suxx, only thing it ever did was give us, knights and warriors with 2000+ int

2000+? 5 accessories=5 runes 6 gears (cazar)=12 runes 1 3s costume 1 3s back 3 3s head acc for a total of 32 slots filled whit +50 runes = 1600INT. Add 6 blueseed around 20 = 170 INT (if bs50 it's around 300 INT?) So only by runes you get 1770-1900 now add about 231 from cazaar acc. and you will go over 2000. Now you can chose to put on int the other 350 stat points, chose some nice cards and try your luck whit honing. I'm sure the 3k goal is not so hard to get.

Why didn't they make +80 VIT ones? Do they really want to just endorse 1 shotting without an option to somewhat hope to live against it? 1 shotting a 100k+ BM is an actual thing now.. sigh.

 

Guess i'll hold my materials in the hopes that one day they'll make them.
