ARGH, did anyone TRANSFER their points over to an account thinking that's how you pay for your sub or at least it could be used to pay for your sub? I thought I had to transfer the points over to the account I wanna pay for first before I could pay for said account.

My thought process was this: 1000 points, cool. Hmm I should transfer them over to the right account before I try to pay for it. Transfer. WTFFFFF what do you mean I don't have enough points?

If so, what were the responses you got? Did they refund you? or reverse the action?

The transfer button actually CONVERTS your WP Energy points into cash shop points, not transfer into an account. (They REALLY need to change that.)

How it works is that you buy WP Energy and then use WP to either buy cash shop points or purchase a subscription.

Payment > WP Energy > cash stop points
Payment > WP Energy > subscription

This is to ease control of payment for those with multiple accounts. It's annoying for single account users as it creates an extra step for transactions.

If you accidentally converted your WP points into cash shop points, then send in a ticket to WarpPortal Support and ask to get it refunded.
