For a long time now ive been having a problem with the text colors in my chat box. They all look the same unless im dragging the window then they turn the colors they are meant to be.
Ive searched for hours for a solution but i seem to be the only person with this problem and cant for the life of me work out how to fix it or what is even causing this.
Any help on solving this issue would be greatly appreciated:)

ok so i just opened the game on my second monitor and the colors are correct, if that helps anyone help me with a solution. both screens are running the same resolution.
Switching from 16:9 to 4:3 also fixes it but i cannot play like that:P

well im still having this problem, say/party/guild chat are all the same color and impossible to distinguish apart unless im dragging the chat box.
is there a way to atleast make the chat box not do its fade out thing caus when i drag it and it fades back in i can see the colors perfectly.

a mix of guild chat and party chat, if i'm dragging the window the guild chat turns green and as soon as i stop dragging back to white

So its not your monitor/display if the colors are wrong in the screenshot to other people. Its got to be a direct 3D/software rendering issue, try different settings in the setup program.

Are you running RO full screen or Windowed?
If full screen, are you always running RO at the native resolution of the screen it's showing on? Have you tried windowed mode? I suspect windowed mode would "just work" (it usually does - RO is unlike most games, in that windowed mode works better)
If windowed, are you saying you can drag the window across the boundry between the screens, and the colors change?

its the same both in full screen and windowed mode. I can drag the window between both screens and its being run in my native resolution. Ive tried all the different options in the graphics settings drop down box in the setup program.
if i have the game open in windowed mode and drag the window so the chat box is halfway between both screens its white on one and green on the other but if i start dragging the chat box its green on both.

Uninstall and reinstall your video card's drivers? Switch to a different build of the driver (i.e. gaming driver vs. normal driver vs. performance driver, etc).

ok last attempt to fix this before i just have to live with it i guess. Is it possible to not have the chat box's fade out? if it didnt fade out i feel the color wouldnt change.
the private message windows also have this same problem for me. if im dragging it around the colors are correct if i stop dragging they change. its just a little frustrating when i cant tell if its party chat say chat or guild chat without dragging the window a bit caus all the colors for others typing is the same><

How can we help you when you don't even acknowledge if you've done the last recommended troubleshooting steps?

sorry, i did those thing and nothing changed. well i tried some much older video drivers caus i dont know where to get special gaming drivers or performance drivers.
My partner pointed out to me that another screen we have does the same thing with the colors so now we can make it happen on 2 diff computers just by changing the monitors.
