Oda, will there be new March Groove Box?

is there currently any plans in addressing some issues that are plaguing the classic economy? Currently, fresh guilds/players are having an extremely difficult time even having the ability purchase or sell supplies to be a relevant part of woe.  I'm pretty sure this is related to the stupid woe supply boxes that is exclusive to guild dungeons.

2 questions:

1- Is there any news on when we're getting the Vending Limit Increase update? I'm really looking forward it *_*

No updates on that.
2- Are we going to get the missing 15 cards from El Dicastes card update along with the 50 new cards + Hero Trails II update?

So my real question is:
pRO Valkyrie has disabled some of the skills like Teleport and Gank. Will they be retained or there will be a reset on skills during the migration process?

I don't know if someone mentioned this but we have this one-time quests right? If we migrate to the new server, do we have to do those quests again?

CMs have stated that players migrating to the new server will probably get a stat/skill reset.
