It'd be cool if some of these were increased somewhat. This is stuff the way it "should be" and does not include things like Orleans Gloves which you should fix and check if they're actually still in Jewelry boxes.
Specifically for guild dungeons there's also Bowman Scarfs and Icarus Wings which are not dropping right now. I just did a quick look through and it seems like almost every guild dungeon monster has something on their loot table disabled right now. While a bunch of it is junk it seems weird how random some of it is.
It'd also be cool if you could look at increasing the spawns in the mostly unused Payon/Geffen guild dungeons.
How is progress on doing an export of drops from the db with itemIDs attached? It'd be cool to have that and also you may want to reconsider your descriptions for loot in the drops table they're pretty far apart.
Here's what they are:
Very Very rare 0.01-0.09%
Very Rare 0.10-0.99%
Rare 1%-5%
Uncommon 6%-10%
Common 11%-50%
Very Common 51%-100%
But uhh 11-50% is quite a bit margin.
I'd go with something like:
Card Rate 0.whatever it is here%
Very Very Rare Card Rate - 0.1%
Very Rare 0.1% - 0.99%
Rare 1-5%
Uncommon 5-15%
Common 15-25%
Very Common 25-50%
Very Very Common 50-100%
