After maintenance today, I logged back in to find that the Janeway quest I had almost finished had been replaced with some random text in the quest window ("ID=62160, active=1") with an empty description. Then I had a text window suddenly pop up while I was walking around Payon and give me something called "Letter of Recommendation" that I couldn't find in the irowiki database. Does anyone know what this is?
