Has anyone finished this quest? I read that the guide to follow is http://irowiki.org/w...ick's_Day_Event

 

I'm now on step 4 to investigate the buildings. There are three on the guide. Only one worked for me saying the leprechaun wasn't there. The other two buildings do not give any dialogue at all when I click them. Is this a bug or is there something I missed?

there are actually 3 guides for st patrick, 2011 as mentioned above and the other two are 2012 2013, assuming that the latest would be the guide, i use the 2013 guide lol and also the guide posted here in forums which is this http://forums.warppo...ay-quest-guide/ that also follows 2013 2012 guide. lol. now doing the 2011 guide, there are bugs i guess? i hope they fix it for us to get as much ale as we can :3

I actually tried that guide posted here in the forums but step 1 doesn't work because the overgrown leprechaun shown there isn't where it's supposed to be.

Are you able to see the new box in the Cash Shop? If not, my guess is that you aren't patched correctly, which could be why York isn't talking to you. In that case, you'll need to exit all clients and make sure you patch the game.

The 2015 St. Patrick's Day quest has several bugs.  One bug results in being unable to start the quest with the NPC in Payon if you had uncompleted quests from previous years that made use of O'Reily.  Thus, if you have something in your quest log from a prior quest such as "Factoring O'Reily", then the Payon NPC would refuse to talk to you.  Thus, you could never even start this 2015 quest.   

 

Other players were able to proceed further such as to the einbroch field 09 part, but were unable to interact with the "window".  Clicking on the "window" resulted in no response.   Hopefully the quest will get fixed so that players with old incomplete quests will be able to start this one.

You will be stuck at the hunting evidences part coz they dont drop it + spawn rate is prolly 10~15 max on any map.

No response because you need 30 pieces of shred of evidence item from the VIPER agents (also they are called evil snake lord minions in all einbroch/yuno maps wtf?)

Even though the Payon NPC didn't talk to me to start the quest, I proceeded on the quest out of curiousity.  I collected 30 shred of evidence and the Payon NPC still refused to talk to me.   Also, no new entries for the quest appeared in the quest log.  The old entry for Factoring O'Reily also remained and was not deleted/cleared.    I continued on the quest as if everything was good and went to ein_fild09.   At that point, I ended up like other players who were unable to continue due to the window bug.    At that point, I gave up investigating the bugs and posted that earlier message in this thread.

We were able to hunt the evidences no problem. The spawn rate in Hugel and Einbroch is quite high.

 

After we collect the 30 pieces of shred of evidence, we need to talk to the Mysterious Man in Payon and he collects these. After this is when we need to click on the windows in Einbroch field 9. There were quite a number of us there actually and we tried different things. Some recollected the 30 pieces of evidence and tried to talk to the windows but that didn't work too. Others went back to Payon but that didn't help too.

Shouldn't Green Ale inflict the user with Confusion or Hallucination status after you've had a certain amount within a certain amount of time? That would make sense.

I have been sitting at the northern window in ein_fild09 , to let random people trying to do this St. Patrick's Day hat quest is bugged.  Any updates on it being fixed?
