If you want, you can pm a Raider rep! Here is a list.

unless there are constant active parties every time you're logged in, i suggest you go katar for leveling then switch back to dual once you're max or atleast 215-220

Again, no such thing as a Raider Rep...

As for a skill build, for your leveling purpose, ignore Mark. It's not that his suggestion is invalid, it's perfectly fine to do that if you're him. If you're more inclined to level solo, keep your Dual Wield.

Reasons?

4 AoE's

Aspeed Slow

High Dodge + Def

High Accuracy Down

And Self Heals.

The big part, is the AoE's. You can level solo with your single targets, and if you happen across a party, they'd be more inclined to invite you with the AoE's.

if u want to be a debuffer type, u mostly will just need debuffs skills types and the passives.

incase if u wana be a damager, well just dont care that mutch about debuffs, focus in u damaging skills, ignore atack speed since Dual raider dont need that mutch atack speed, and go to skill power :D, that's the max i can tell

Which is useless in PvM as monsters cannot currently have stacks applied to them.

Attack speed on dual raiders is nice in pvm if you're lazy. Spamming those skills hurts my fingers, so I just apply some debuffs and then watch my character auto attack.
