If you want to give new players the option of dragons you can do the following:

 

Some kind of increased healing item hat, maybe carrots at 40-50% of the efficiency of the Pumpkins (from Janeway?).

Remove the class restriction on the unslotted fire armors.

Make some kind of unslotted Dragons Breath available somewhere (challenge dungeon?).

 

Could you introduce another affix to the dragon hats to make <item> heal for more while in Abyss Lake?

 

On second thought though, I'm not sure how good of an idea funneling people straight to Dragons from Janeway is. But it'd be nice to give them the option I suppose.

 

The item unbinding is interesting!

 

Thanks for finally putting the Gems on NPCs too, cool change!

All tool dealers that sold blue gemstones will sell yellow and red as well prices are
Blue: 600
Red: 1200
Yellow: 2400

Could we get an increase to spawn for High Orc in CT? There's just never many mobs over 2 at any given time. I remember this place to be much better. Also, maybe look at reducing iron fist spawn amount? I'd be happy to make a guide for CT high orcs for each class type (support, dps, hybrid etc). It's just a great gap between 70 -> AL3

 

This is good. AL3 is not an option for new players who have no friends to let them tag along in AL3 parties. 

 

CT HO used to be great levelling map for non-trans, it would be good if it is conditioned to make it more friendly. More HO, less Iron Fists --> happy wiz+priest, knight+priests, sins+ priests along with their other friends to help. This will also inspire more new players to make priests!

 

Relive other old favourites as well, like Niffleheim dun 2, Wanderer, Sting, etc.

 

I introduced a newer friend to AL3, she now seems to lose interest at levelling elsewhere. It is because there are not many other good maps that she can go by herself. I wanted to recommend those old favourite maps, but don't think she would have much fun there without much gears and parties. So those maps need to be made more friendly. The server has seen many "easy mode" methods anyway (TI, Janeway, fencer scrolls, Thor etc) that benefit existing players, it is time to make it easier for newer players too.

this, for me id be happy if they'd put something like bountyboards on high orcs and other maps that people normally go solo

I feel like I must be a fluke here as I currently have both a 73-ish battle priest and a 40 fs aco. I have my rogue gathering items to turn in for some levels on the aco.

I've been playing RO for years, but if it wasn't for a helpful friend (thanks belld) and a very generous donation from a friend that was quitting, I don't think I would be enjoying myself nearly as much as I am, nor would I have been able to get geared up for a few classes.

Mail Breakers are the only item I know of that you can slot that's above 20million.*edit* [1]Executioner

Currently, the Ad slots are worth 2ce as much as IcePicks/Infiltrators/Weapon Breakers.

It costs about 10 mil and  15minutes of running around Prontera to find materials to make a mail/weapon breaker.

.

Not sure how this could effect economy long term other than ppl losing money stacking hundreds of coupons

i wondered about that, there were oodles of venatus all over the place! it was like my wildest dreams, where they were backed up on all 4 islands, except the rude dudes were there too. are they going away next week? even if the spawn goes back down, that's fine, it was pretty sweet as-is.
