Cannot exchange Gold Coins to Green Ale

My silver coins already exchange but the gold coins remained and cannot detect by the npc.

I already finished the St. Patricks Event. I already tried to change the denomination to 50 pcs of gold coins but still no luck. Is it a bug?

The drops were messed up, CM Campitor is going to implement a coin converter to address this next week. So hold into the Gold Coins till then.

I'm also looking forward to this fix. Farmed the coins before the emergency maintenance, so I’ve also ended up with a bunch of unusable ones too.
