Greetings.

 

Actually i made a mistake patching sakray exe, i know there is a note telling me this will happen, but oh wells, now i cant make my screen bigger, and its driving me crazy, i tried to do what u guys tell to do in the sakray notes, but it didnt work.

 

 

Any help here will be very apreciated.

RO is an old game that has yet to be optimized for computers newer than Windows XP. It's generally suggested to play in windowed mode on newer computers (full screen is fine on potato computers, though).

Full screen has *always* been less reliable than windowed on RO - but in Windows 8 and later (10 Tech Prev also effected), full screen is much worse, almost unusable, if you can get it to work without crashing.

 

You should still be able to set RO to run in full screen though. Which client are you trying to configure, sakray or renewal? What happens when you try? Does it ignore the settings? Give an error? Do other changes you make there effect the behavior of the game, or does it look like it's ignoring all the changes in setup?

the problem came when I missclicked the sakray.exe,  and since that day my ragnarok screen is super small , like less than  half of my laptop screen, i cant make it bigger or maybe idk how to do it, probably the tittle of this topic is wrong (my bad), cause my real problem is that i cant modify the little anoying screen of the renewal client to a bigger one ...  in classic we have classic setup icon where u can do this, in renewal where??

Assuming you grabbed the folder mentioned on the Sakray patcher or made a copy of said folder like it asked you to, this is the Renewal setup icon.

If you wish to make the resolution into a custom size, go to your RO directory and open the folder titled savedata. Drag and drop OptionInfo.lua onto a notepad and edit the Height and Width to whatever you feel is good, save the file and run the patcher again.
