Ok from what I'm gathering from a wiki (aware its not the source for completely accurate information) that looks like it was made using information from the original Korean release.

What I'm wondering from looking at this page is the class advancement, it shows at level 30 a side option of "Doctor" then at level 70 an advancement to "Anatomist". What I'm curious about is if this has been implemented, and if it hasn't, will it be at all?

It has not been implemented in any version yet -- and as far as we know, there are no specific, official plans to implement it anytime soon.
