When I talk to the npc, the message doesn't pop out, and it happens when I'm in the 3rd step of the quest to investigate the buildings. But now, any of the npc of this related quest, doesn't pop out. But when I try to npc like the kafra and the others, I was able to talk with them. I don't know what happen pls help me

I have personally added a few things that will help you complete it.

cant complete the damn quest,just one window poped, the other 2 buildings didnt show any window, i tried to talk to the misteryous man again but he didnt talk to me , no window poped, jesus.. thats why i never bother doing the event quests..
