I'm from philippines Ragnarok Online trying to see the community in the chaos server in iRO but during my quest (journey?) this quest happened. Is the quest bug? in my quest log its still in there and i cant seem to remove it. i saw a older post regarding this but it was 3years ago so i've been wondering if this thing has been fix now.

Talk to Carocc at the newbie ship to remove the quest.
