can anyone explain me why im not getting double exp from harpies or every other monster that is supposed to be spotlighted? im gettin 1,3k from harpy for example, or just 800 from rafflesias. im lvl 85

Although this is something I'm not good at but the exp you are getting is valid.

I'm basing this off divine-pride:

Rafflesia at base level 86:

lvl86 100%exp exp643 jexp658

lvl87 100%exp exp643 jexp658

Rafflesia is not part of Juno spotlight btw.

Harpy

lvl83 100%exp exp660 jexp760

lvl84 100%exp exp660 jexp760

multiply by 2 for spotlight effect.

Try Ground petites, seems like geffen is still spotlight...

harpys give 1300 normaly i leveled a lot b4 there b4 trascending. i tried ground petites and they gave me 2k, so i guess geffen is still spotlighted as astralslayer says. ty for the answers however
