if you guys know you will be doing an extended maintenance and it is unavoidable, would it be possible for maintenance to start earlier rather than end later?
When ever it becomes extended maintenance, it always pushes really close to woe time, and it always becomes a crunch to prep for woe. Starting earlier would give you the estimated time you need, along with an additional 2 hours or so to finish up any unexpected problems without interfering with woe.
