no idea what a mayaan server is.  there are only two servers in iRO, chaos (renewal) and loki (classic).

you can teleport if you have the skill or fly wings.  some maps do not allow you to do this.

you can job change in the academy in izlude (the same town as where you start the game).  2nd floor

 

caps is not cruise control for cool.

hopefully we getting that so called mystical card box that kRO and jRO have like every quarterly in their lucky boxes, which has 11 cards in them:1 MVP and 10 other crappy cards, and you will only get one card from the box...........I be happy to whale for the chance for a MVP card...............

What exactly does Jumping Janeway do? I've yet to try and my searches just left with the idea that it makes for easier/faster leveling. (Kinda figured that, but does Janeway literally jump your character up to a level? Or is it something else?)

 

I'd scroll through the 11 pages of the thread (Or, gasp, playing to check) but I'm in class and pressed for time >x>;

Yeah, it seems like many players may still be unaware of the existence of Janeway.  Here's a brief rundown of Renewal Janeway (classic Janeway is different):
 
Jumping Janeway should be in renewal until Thor goes live.  She gives you kill quests, novice pots, and eden gears as you complete her quests.  she also warps you automatically to the maps containing the monsters (outside payon cave for zombies/skeletons) so you don't even need to travel.
 
1st quest (only given if you are still a novice): porings (5? i never do this quest so i don't know)
2nd quest: zombies/skeletons 20/20
3rd quest: elder willows 50
4th quest: orcs/orc ladies 50/25
5th quest: savages 100
6th quest: kaphas 100
 
note: Janeway will not help novices beyond the poring quest.  if you want to be a Super Novice, you need to get up to base 45 as a novice and job change to SN before janeway will let you use her quests.  Also, you need to tax yourself when handing in kaphas or you will not get job 99 via her exp reward.

Oda has stated that this will never be a thing on iRO. IIRC, the team has already removed these items when kRO included them in a box.
