This is predominantly an alt guild, so it is very casual and purely social.
I would NOT recommend choosing this as your main guild.
While it is meant to be fun, a more active guild will be better suited for mains.
However, if that is what you want to do, that is fine too!
As long as you understand we will not be active every day.

There's not much to it, all you really need to do is ask.
There is a small "hazing" to join if a bunch of us are online, but you can say no
if it makes you uncomfortable or simply don't feel like it. It is mostly just for laughs
and the goal is to have fun doing it, not embarrass or humiliate each other.
