Changing maps, PVPin literally loading anything.

If i move to soon after a map loads my char frezes. i am unable to logout, change chars, move.

But i can still use items like flywings and skills like backslide.

I literally have to atl f4 the client and spam past all the "account already connected"

to resume my game

Extremely weird solution but try clicking away from the RO window and then back into it, or if you're fullscreen alt-tab out and back in. Once you've done that, you should have control again.

Yeah this happens to me too, like Almr said, alt + tab is the easiest solution, it could be some keys that are getting stuck in your keyboard or it could be a win 7 bug.

I also unchecked the "enable aero peek" option on the performance options and it doesn't do it as often as it used to.

Yes, alt+tab is the easiest solution. No need to close the client. :no1:

This isn't really a windows 7 bug, but more a RO client issue..Disabling aero really isn't going to do anything either.

This weird bug actually persists across a multitude of operating systems/configs according to my own testing.

At work this happens consistantly where I'm playing on OS X yosemite running a windows XP virtual machine through parallels desktop. I would assume this same thing happens with a native windows XP install as -most- issues in a VM actually transfer to the real thing.

Windows 8.1 x64 regular install on a sony vaio in bootcamp, and in a virtual machine has the exact same issue. Windows server 2012 R2...same exact thing. Wine - guess what? same issue.

Your best bet is to just play windowed and click anywhere outside of the RO client, or alt-tab though i find that to be annoying as the display takes a couple seconds to sync with resolution changes.
