Noob question here, Does Isilla card affect the cast delay of Cart Cannon and Acid bomb?? Sorry guys. just new here. ^_^

 

Isilla Card affects variable cast time, not cast delay. Acid Bomb has a 1 second fixed cast time, which cannot be affected by Isilla Card. Cart Cannon, on the other hand, can be affected as far as I know.

 

EDIT:
However, the proc of Isilla Card can only be triggered by magic skills. So even if it can affect Cart Cannon, it cannot be triggered.

You don't find it in Kafra Shop as a purchasable item, they are periodically offered in Lucky Boxes and other event packages. You could also buy them off vendors for around 90 mil.

because abyss lake is the best high ti map

if high ti map in geffen dungeon 4 let we imagine

if the monster in high ti bio 3,4

nobody want do high ti (faster death)

 

and the best mid ti mapp is geffen dungeon 4

 

and can u increasing spawn in low ti or change the map to

orc dungeon 1 / payon dungeon 1

^^^I second this, giving noobs and bots a free jump to 99 is too much. Give them to 70 pre-trans so they can grind out and earn the zeny to trans instead of asking for free 1m zeny, and maybe to 50 post-trans to reward the ppl who worked their way up.

Nothing wrong with Janeway as it is, if they can't get zeny and gear on their own they won't get too far either way, levels alone mean nothing.

This. Case in point, it's easier to farm 1.3mil for trans as a level 99 than a level 70.

hrmmmm i see your point and it does make sense. i feel like they learn more knowledge of the game and their class/skills if they are forced to grind a bit instead of jumping straight to 99, but then again i'm basing this off my own experience playing the game.

Just because you can grind out a few levels doesn't mean anything.
This game is so complex even after years of playing you won't know everything.

there is something wrong on this game today so disappointed.

 

1. when I open my ragnarok, it always patch back to 2013,

2.when you change the map, stuck in "please wait" message then you have to re log-in.

3.if you log-in, you have to twice or trice to log before you can select your character.

4. soooo lag.. and always DC.

 

please do something about it.
