few years ago I played ragnarok for fun with my friends but after entering college did not have much time to play because it i stopped now, I have time and want to relive old times.  On my return I ran into this in the selection of characters "Vip Service, Not available" and they don't appear, could someone tell me which means and if I can play with those old companions

if you have a old RO account you can use that, all old RO account were migrate to the Chaos Server where Renewal is.  If you can remember your login and password, sent a support ticket and can fine it for you.

 

Currently normal user are allow 3 characters per acct unless you have VIP service which case you can have up to 9 characters.
