We're going to be getting a software update very soon that should improve the performance of the instances. In the meantime, it would help us if you could give us tracert connection reports when the connection is especially bad. This would help us to nail down where the lag is or is not coming from.

I've sent my tracert in this thread and also by using ticket. How long would it take to check and resolve it?
