We're going to be getting a software update very soon that should improve the performance of the instances. In the meantime, it would help us if you could give us tracert connection reports when the connection is especially bad. This would help us to nail down where the lag is or is not coming from.

before this I never experience any disconnect, failed to login, and please wait stuck problem.

please look at coding for this patch.

I've sent my tracert in this thread and also by using ticket. How long would it take to check and resolve it?

So far looks like Eastern Asia region players are experiencing getting stuck on "Please wait..." message and failed to connect. If you are not in said region and have the same issue please post your tracert.

Wow man... now my character's stuck inside MVP Summoner, wasted 4 EMBs ( yes 4 emb is important to me  ). And i just paid my VIP, this "Please wait...." thing is wasting my VIP and my time =.=a

I got stuck at Geffen again just like before the update, can't log in my char.

I really regret buying vip.

Seriously?... I literally spent less time playing than typing my password to login today... Have to turn the game off and relog every time I move to another city/region. What is going on with this game???

you should note the days lost and any other items (like EMBs) in the support ticket; they're pretty good at recompensating players who encounter these issues, especially with MVP summoner.

:/ mhhmmm and im starting to think that mistake of accidentally not getting VIP today is because i never thought i'd encounter this same error as well. :v

yup no more stuck at loading, did a lot of travelling and instances few hours ago, didnt stuck even once. Kudos to you guys ^_^

Unfortunately new bug show up "Failed to connect to patch server". Need open Ragnarok.exe more than 10x to work.  :pif:

I'm from Asia and and got 2 chars in 2 acc got stuck already. Please check
