Our guild is a core of close-knit, self-sufficient, active players, with a few casual players to round us out. We do our best to be competitive in WoE, while at the same time being co-operative with our allies and enjoying our time in RO along the way. We're neither the biggest nor the strongest, but we quietly contribute and we have a lot of fun.
Here's what we're currently searching for:

A good applicant would be:
-At least Base Level 80 (with some exceptions)
-Has access to Ventrilo and can listen in (talking encouraged, not required)
-WoE Active
-Mostly self-sufficient in all aspects of the game
-Knowledgeable of or with a willingness to learn game mechanics
-Co-operative and well-mannered to all players, not just guildies
-Adherent to the rules and regulations of iRO
As far as war goes, I believe we have the largest impact per member of the current WoE guilds. If you'd like to make a difference in WoE, and are looking to maximize that difference, Sakura is likely the place for you!
