Came back into a whole barrage of new updates.

 

I saw that tiers were improved like the 60/40 mspeed is now 75/50.

 

I saw also 75/50 accu/crit. So regarding this, all my equipment with 60/40 was improved to 75/50. But my 50/40 equipment is stil the same. Is it supposed to be like that, or was I overlooked when this update happened?

 

Also, the new gem update looks cool. Probably months late on that.

If I am understanding your question correctly, you are wondering if the stats on items that you already had should have changed and the answer is no. As far as I know, the stats apply only to monster drops and crafted items starting from the date of that update. 

 

You can put the substat that you want on your item by using a Blank Enchantment Scroll to remove that substat from another item. Just be careful that the item grades on both items match. If you have an event item, the substat must be taken from another event item, for example. You may also be able to buy an Imbued Scroll with the substat already on it but again, watch to be sure that the item grades match.

After that update, every existing stats was ungraded to the new tier, but 40 accu 50 crit wasn't. XD An accident.
