I just used 58 Safe To 10 Certificates on a SINGLE +9 IRE and could not even get it to +10.
I know that the refine rate is just 10% but after this latest so called great maintenance the rates have gone down to like 0.10%.
Dont screw/abuse me telling that the bad luck is only for me, I can give 'N' number of people who pay me to just refine stuff and the number of refines i have done is a LOT. Just before the maintenance i was able to refine fine.
Is the way of WP trying to screw us players out of money ?
And i know its my fault for spending so no comments needed for that, but still this refine rate is not at all the same as it used to be.
Just now i used 551 HD Elus to refine a few stuffs and the 1st one was a +7 HBP which did not even cross +5, does the GM/CM think we are fools to just tell that the game refinement system is working fine ? i am pretty sure thats not the case.

I dont care if this is going to get me banned for flaming against the so called management, but at this point am -_-d up with this game.
Giving nice drops out of boxes and crubbing the refine rate ? I DONT think any game will stoop soo low to make people pay.
And YES i have raised a hell lot of tickets and for all of them the reply is the same thing copy pasted from their list of responses.
SHUT DOWN THIS GAME AND GO HOME WP
