hello there, why "Pegasus Ear Wing" not give effect on aspd in max base level 175. this is not fair. like useless item. at least give same effect on 150 base level please.

based off your screenshots, i am assuming you have at least 130 agi(120 base + 10 job) and 113 dex (105 base + 8 job)

now i am also going to assume, no buffs or speed pots.

 

so at level 175 with a pew(4% aspd) = 183.69

without pew = 183.22

 

round both down and it will show 183 aspd in your stat window

 

unless you provide more testing, with pots/buffs, stats, gears, i can not assume pew is not working since 4% aspd is not that much to begin with
