GM please help me. I have a problem in purchasing of WP.
I already purchase a 1500WP last Thursday (Philippine day).
I pay it in ultimate pay in westerunion (-removed-)
Until now i don't receive my WP..Please help me regarding this matter.

Dude, do not post your personal information in the forums. Just send this kind of inquiry to the support team and tell  them all about it.

Why until now i don't receive my WP. i already send my ticket. it's almost 3 days from now,

Do I need to send again my ticket??or i will wait??until what date??..please help me. thanks

It's the weekend for WarpPortal, which are not workdays. Should've submitted on a workday for quicker responses. Won't get a response until Monday PDT for them.

Wait for a response. If you don't get one within 2 work days (PDT), bump your ticket by replying to it. If you open up another duplicate ticket, you'll have to wait even longer for a resolution because you clog up the ticket queue. Be sure to log into your WarpPortal Support account (separate from your WarpPortal account) in order to check for responses.

GM. Why i cannot log-in in warpportal support? how can i check the response of my ticket if i cannot log-in.??

their is no message or error., after i enter my username and password it goes back to it's original page..

Make sure you are using your support account login info and not game info.

Strangely enough, warpportal support page gives no error message even when entering wrong information (wrong password or ID). Other than making sure your login info is correct, have you tried using a different web browser?

GM, what is this ticket??is this a form that i printed in warpportal (UltimatePay) or the receipt from western union??

Just double checking...

Log into your Support account to reopen the ticket and ask why you haven't received the WPE.
