[limitations]

3 days ago, i completed my VIP overlook dungeon quests, with the starry eyed hope for a card at the end.
During this time i became increasing frustrated because all the sprites of the creatures were wrong, swordfish/stroufs/obeaunes and phens all appeared as watermelon like objects, which would disappear and become untarget-able as soon as they started moving, only to reappear once they had completely closed the distance and were now in melee range, and from which point they would interupt my casts with melee attacks (as per usual).

I eventually finished all the quests, it had final come time to choose which card i wanted, i read through the menu, and thought carefully about the one i wanted vs usefulness vs market price, eventually i chose a phen card, at which point, i received nothing, the sign text ended and i cannot re-open the sign dialogue to that position any more.

Now frustrated at the broken dungeon and its no rewards, i sent a Ticket away 3 days ago..  and have not had a reply.
Cant believe i payed money for this.

dialogue boxes expire if you have it open for too long. this has always been the case throughout the game, not just in overlook; hopefully you get your card restored but in the future you should do the research before opening the dialogue to avoid this problem.
