Sropho card will not be available on iRO. 

 

This makes no sense at all...........

There are ways to avoid getting crystallized, there are skills that recover you from it, theres even a consumable(hard to hunt but on kRO people grind it like hotcakes) that recovers you from it and prevents it for the next 5~10 seconds............why this card will not be available on iRO really befuddles me.

what are the effects of the new cards?

 

 

Queen Scaraba Card
Increases damage to scaraba by 30%.
When killing an enemy there's a chance of obtaining a Scaraba Summoning scroll. (Unimplemented)
Equips on: Weapon

 

Parus Card
Heal effectiveness + 3%.
If used by acolyte types, each 2 refine adds 1% heal effectiveness.
Equips on: Headgear

 

Pom Spider Card
Increases damage against undead monsters by 20%.
Equips on: Weapon

 

Cendrawasih Card
INT + 2.
If used by mage types, each 3 refine adds INT + 1.
Equips on: Headgear

Butoijo Card
Increases damage against angel type monsters by 20%.
Equips on: Weapon

Leak Card
STR + 3.
When dealing physical or magical damage, there's a high chance to cause chaos or fear status.
Equips on: Garment

 

Octopot (Pot Dofle) Card
Changes armor to water property.
Reduces damage from fish type enemies by 10%.
Equips on: Armor

King Kray (King Dramoh) Card
STR + 2.
When used by swordsman types, each 3 refine adds STR + 1.
Equips on: Headgear

 

Kraken Card
FLEE + 10.
Enables usage of [Hiding] Lv 1 and [Sightless Mind] Lv1.
[Sightless Mind] has a chance to cause bleeding status.
Equips on: Garment

 

Siorava Card
LUK + 2
If used by merchant types, each 3 refine adds LUK + 1
Equips on: Headgear

 

Weird Coelacanth Card
MaxSP + 5%, MDEF + 50.
Equips on: Armor
 
Dark Coelacanth Card
MaxHP + 10%, DEF + 100.
Equips on: Armor
 
Mutant Coelacanth Card
MATK + 2%
For each 2 refine, MATK + 1%, MaxHP - 1%.
Equips on: Headgear

Violent Coelacanth Card
ATK + 2%
For each 2 refine, ATK + 1%, MaxSP - 1%

Equips on: Headgear

 

Wild Rider Card
When dealing physical damage there is a high chance to cast Agi Up Lv1 on yourself.
Equips on: Shoes

Mini Octopus Card
When dealing magic damage there's a chance to cause blind status.
Equips on: Weapon

Giant Octopus Card
MaxHP + 12%.
Enables usage of [Waterball] Lv 5.
Equips on: Armor

it's really broken just like 1 miming card compounded on weapon that has 50% chance of forever deep sleep. same thing on sropho w/ 1 attack for forever crystalization (it procs 50% of the time and resets the 5 second timer everytime it procs) in which when it procs, you can't move, use skills, and use consumables.

Gigantic bow? as in 40% range damage? and -15% atk speed one? that bow would not even compete with Elven Bow or BXB

 

 

Saw a lot of videos of kRO Rangers using this bow instead of BXB or Elven...

who knows maybe some wierd mechanics make it strong somehow but as far as the description goes looks to be far weaker than both those a hunter bow might even be better

in regards to the sropho card

 

we probably need this balance patch from kRO, to make it less imba?

 

-[Crystallization], [Burning] and [Deep Sleep], will be modified so while under one of these statuses, you can not be affected again.

 

implemented on kRO main servers 1/15/2013

This way someone with 193 aspd can't continuously stack crystallization effects on you, they would have to wait for the first effect to run out before they could re-crystallization you again.

from what i have seen/read in the pRO thread, it was an unbalanced card in woe

 

maybe someone from pRO could elaborate more on it

 

maybe iRO left it out for balancing reasons :shoulder shrug:

so with the spotlight change to port malaya you really gotta shift some maps around; malaya is already borderline unplayable with bio4 sharing the same map server. this will make both places lagged to hell and back.

Unless they are disabled too.

I play chaser, so I would love to bounce around and screw with people using this card.

It's just a bad play style when the whole meta will revolve around this card.

Lets not forget to mention most Support classes tend to get 100% water resist to avoid DD and DB Water and Frozen status.............I really don't see where the problem is??
