Now that you mentioned. I created many chars 1 week prior to pRO closing date and now, I can't see my characters that I created 1 week prior to the said date.Tsk tsk tsk... It's alright to me! Haha!
And we thought that the data that would be given would be the LATEST one. *SMH*

i dont know about the others, but my premium hair got transferred, unless its the 2 new ones we got.
i can only open 1 out of 9 chars now, before it was 2 out of 9.
1 extended super novice got stuck after renting a cart from a normal kafra
other 7 chars are in their mounts, i remember boarding them to see if i can keep my permanent mounts on thor

kinda ok to me too since the missing char was just for trolling 
but seeing those deleted chars ressuerected got me like

1. Some of the items that no longer exist appear like this:
2. Also, the suffix of Axis (This armor used to be compounded with Entweihen Card), whenever I try to check its description, I hang then DC.
3. I also get DC-ed every time I try to open my kafra storage... just as well I'm horrified to find out what's left (if any).
4. I can't access my other characters, I get DC-ed before I figure out why. I'm guessing it's because of the permanent mounts? And we did have a Cute Cart Change (yes it is called that) Skill that doesn't exist in iRO.

I hope my baby is alright. Can I ask those who have characters that were not carried if you created/deleted your characters AFTER you migrate?

heyyy i just got verified things...
Most of us from NEW IRIS SERVER & NEW LOKI SERVER ITEMS are Missing from Inventory/Equipment/Cart Etc... also Headgears/Costumes are present on character Avatar but on ALT+Q is missing...
Please do fix this...

Try checking the other server's storage. The items in my Valkyrie is located in Loki. Maybe it's placed in other server storage.

just a thought, if this were for testing purposes, should the KAFRA STORAGE be free of charge? cause all characters have no zeny at the moment.

new chaos server here. all my items in my characters are replaced with knife and cotton shirt. when trying to open kafra, it keeps disconnecting from the server.

I cant log in my characters that I change sex because that account has a Minstrel?
What will happen to the accounts that have minstrel/wanderer that had been change sex?

i noticed that both my rune knights that had mount on and my mechanic that was wearing a mado suit got their equips changed to a knife and cotton shirt... but my rune knight that didnt have a mount and my royal guard which has a mount still kept their equips

I'm not sure if this counts as a missing character/item complaint, but I'm wondering what's going to happen to the last week (?) before pRO's closing that wasn't included.
It was kind of an important week for everyone in our server (New Chaos).
We experienced an incredibly inconvenient log-in issue for the entire month that wasn't addressed properly.
*We could only log-in once a day (If we got DC-ed or changed accounts, which happened a lot despite having decent ISPs, and since multi-client wasn't allowed in pRO, we had to wait until 9:00AM the following day to log-in again so time was definitely an issue).*
I hope something will be done about this.
