I just got in game and was talking to Octagon, I asked if it was showing christmas decorations for him in libra or PoW and he said yeah

It happenned it to me... try openning the dragonica launcher in the Gravity/Dragon Saga/Release.

I actually just uninstalled my game
then used the installer that I still kept to install it again

Then patched it up just fine over night.
