My problems, i cant play from facebook, the loading game stop to 84% and no more progress, more problems from my account facebook i cant play in WPortal/browser i forgot passwd and i cant get a new, the page no exist

I cant use in my WPortal account with my Character "megapollon"  from facebook.

Im donwloading the new installer.

Some anti-virus prevent the patch from fully installing since its detected as a system threat. This is mainly due to poor coding on Gravity's end that makes those antivirus go berserk. The way to get around this is to turn off the anti-virus, then patch, then turn it back on. Its good to note when you say to turn off an anti-virus some don't completely go off like Norton Antivirus. So you will need to lookup how to completely turn it off. You should also remember turning off your anti-virus will expose you to some threats including the very patch you are attempting to install. Its advisable not to browse the internet or install anything else while the anti-virus is off.

it won`t help to create more than one Topic, even if i can assume how important this is for you.

 

It won`t hurt to create a new Account for one of the Client Server , they give jump event Items from time to time.

 

Or mby. the Support can gift you one as compensation? dunno if thats even possible.
