Hi!

You'll need to add Ragexe.exe to the exclusion list of your anti-virus.

If you happen to use avast! I can help you. But for the others well... I suppose there is a guide somewhere for that.

In case you are using avast! here's how:

1. Open avast!

2. Click Scan

3. Select Scan for Viruses

4. At the bottom of the window, click Quarantine (Virus Chest)

5. Look for Ragexe.exe

6. Once found, right click on Ragexe.exe and select Restore and add to exclusions

7. A confirmation will appear and of course choose Yes

I hope this helps! :-)

i am more aware if it is indeed malware coz it seems like not only avast but most antivirus detects it..

I tried to check my virus chest, but the file isn't there. I tried to copy the exe from my other harddusk, but now I'm stuck whenever entering the city.

SFever, don't worry about it. I honestly can't say if it is indeed malware but if it is, you can't play the game unless you allow it. If it's of any comfort to you, this isn't the first time this has happened. I've allowed it many times before and fortunately nothing has happened to my accounts. :-)

kucingila, did you check if your Ragexe.exe still in your RO folder? :-)

I checked. AndIf you mean the original exe (I replaced it after I couldn't find the original in virus chest) ? No,

Here's a guide about adding file/website exceptions in avast! but you'll also need to restore what you exclude before it works.

It also explains that false-positives sometimes happen.

I hope this helps, but I suppose it is smart to wait for an official announcement from Warp Portal regarding this.

I'm sorry this is as far as I can help you guys with. I don't know what else to do beyond this. :-(

In global exclusions you should choose the ragnarok folder.

I did that and it worked, but then every time I try to log, it delete the .exe again :v I don't know how to make it permanent. :(
