This has been a ongoing problem for the last two years from the threads I've seen. My account is one month old and my first payment was verified, but after my VIP wore off during the game downtime I lost VIP and now I cant even access the page to "power-up". When I sent in tickets before for this problem they either A:Dont reply, or B: Tell me something unrelated. Why cant they just TAKE my money

PS: Tried Pming Camp/Oda about this but no reply, and yes I do understand they are very busy, but they should be able to at least reply within a reasonable time because tickets for this seem to take weeks to be answered.

what browser are you using? the payment page loads fine for me on chrome.

I've tried the big 3 Chrome/IE/Firefox

Have you tried a fresh install of said 3?

 

If so are you allowing cookies?
