CoA gear = Best set in game

Well I didn't play before AoV, but I still appreciate some of the content from LotS that remains~

Barbaro set <3 while SM got a Maya theme set (I have most of it, I'll add a pic later unless SageLeaf beats me. I don't have the doll though.)

I gotta say, I absolutely LOVE it when the gear is themed to the monsters or area in an obvious way like AoD sets. Wizard hat had butterfly wings, assassin set had skulls all over... Just really cool. I'm glad to see it come back a tiny bit with the Eddga doll.

CoA sets are also nice; I love how they all use the same light blue so it's immediately obvious that they are from the same area.

I also love my Crescent Scythe of Screams from Bapho <3

I, on the other hand, am tired of themed sets. Mainly because I main a knight and a SM and I REALLY miss knightly knights and victorian dresses

But CoA is as useless as my previous sets now and I'm forced to dress as some kind of freyjanity runaway (which I can cover with my crusader or Zeras costume anyways) with an ugly axe and a brittle-looking bone shield (which I can't).
At least my weapon doesn't glow.

COA is still my favorite set for almost all classes <3

Dusted off an old COA top, dyed it, and mixed and matched with some ML gear on my wizard:


Yep that Crystal Circlet was also hard earned from old Union System, and Wings were a gift from an old LOTS friend. Grinding to ML 30 today so I can equip the Ignatius Rod and AFK even better.

I don't have a screen shot of it, but I dearly loved the gear from COA.  It was so pretty for ranger with that cute little flippy skirt and the bow was also just beautiful.   When you got it you were so thrilled that it dropped and you won the roll cause there were always lots of rangers in those days.  I was also wicked proud of my tier 2 colo gear!   It took me all the way to Osi.  XD
