Now I know which payment method to avoid. Besides Boku (no Pico) Pay seems to be the most expensive when converting to PHP.

They replied to my ticket just now:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. We’re sorry you have experienced problems.
Our records show that your transaction failed to complete because we did not receive your text message to us confirming the payment.
There could be a number of reasons for this:
- You didn't have enough signal when you sent the message.
- You may have sent the wrong keyword in your text message. However, if you believe that you have been charged, please provide proof of the charge with a copy of your phone bill or a statement from your network provider.
- You may have an agreement with your operator that doesn't allow you to use any premium sms services.
- There may have been temporary connection problems with your operator.
Could any of these apply to you?
Because we did not receive your text message, you should not have been charged.
Thank you,
The Customer Support Team

makes you wonder if alot of girls feel descriminated by the name of this company, should have called it WatashiPay to make it fair.
As Julia Gillard would say, "I will not be lectured on sexism and misogyny by this service; I will not."

A lot of women in Japan use boku. Actually gendered speech is beginning to fall into a weird state irregular usage, especially with the younger crowd. It's not so much a lack of gender identity than it is an expansion of it.
Oldies are still sticking with the Classics tho :v
