in our previous website we had fankit which containded RO logo,city wallpapers,etc..where can i download it now?

Oh wow, they really did remove the fansite kit from the site. I suppose you could submit a ticket to ask if they could reimplement it back on the fansite page, but for the time being it's gone and I don't know of any other site that has them. I have downloaded it myself, but I don't know if I still have it on my computer. If you can recall what the file is labeled as, I could give you a faster response.

I kept the original filenames for the files so I know for sure the underscored stuff is from the fansite kit. I think that should be all of it (I unzipped everything into my miscellaneous RO folder and tossed the original zip file apparently), but if you need anything else, let me know.
