This mechanic named -snip- has been standing in front of the house where u need to talk to the spirit from Cursed Spirit quest for hours, causing many people to not be able to finish the quest? i submitted tickets hours ago and nobody has shown up to deal with him.

I think said character moved, you should be able to resume the quest now.
