Sadly we have a small Issue with the Insurance Scrolls.

At the moment they can't be used for soulcrafting.

 

This already has been reported to the staff

and will be fixed by tomorrow as soon as someone

as someone is in the office.

 

I will inform you when it's fixed.

Update

 

We came across a small issue regarding this, so the

fix can be implemented tomorrow

Friday May, 22nd at 12:00 Server Time

 

The server has to be restarted and the game

to be patched again after the restart is done

 

With this patch the issue should be gone

 

The restart will take a maximum of 30 minutes

The server is back up, the issue is fixed.

Insurance Scrolls can be used for soulcrafting again.

Can this issue be checked again? I'm still receiving " Can't find Item " error.

Homurasan is right, to make it work you need to patch your game. Simply start it with the patcher and let it run.

After it is patched all is fine.
