So i bought WP points one day ago via paysafecard, but i still did not recieved my WP. I opened up a ticket with a screenshot from the Paysafe website, where its shown that the transaction did successfully happen with Warpportal/gravity. The money from my paysafecard is gone too, everything how it should be, except i still got 0 WP... I had problems with WP in the past with daopay, but its the first time that its happening with paysafecard. Im starting to get worried, since im not that rich and cant get to buy points often. I wish someone would tell me its normal, or it just takes time or that it may take longer to answer to my tickets...i dont know. I just hope some support reads this...

I assume you raised a ticket to billing support? they're generally pretty fast.

Yes i did, and in the past they were sure fast, like 3-7 hours. But now its almost 24h...
