The feeling of latency in Crystal Defenders has been noted to be looked in to.
The Akram Arena Crystals have been adjusted (boosted) for next patch. We'll keep watch after the patch, so let us know how it feels.
About bugs and spike lag in dungeons.
Currently the frequency of bugs in dungeons follows the order: Sikuku Catacombs > Hall of Oblivion > Cave of Ulverick > Sea of Dawn (The later, the less bugs)
- I would say Sea of Dawn is now the cleanest of bug dungeon out of all 4, except a tiny event when you periodically can't see 1 of your teammate, but the others still can.
- Cave of Ulverick used to have bugs like 'screen bug' - when the boss appears not to be in the correct location on different clients, people; Or 'corner', 'magnetic wall' bugs when your characters move on their own and stick to the walls, corners. -> I haven't experienced these bugs in CoU lately.
The rarely chance of the bug when Ulverick becomes invisible on a certain client/ player is still there. One can still see the boss, but others won't, and observes their teammates attacking into the air.
- Hall of Oblivion is the least run dungeon at the moment. Major reason are it's kinda tough and takes longer than the rest to complete while the valor point and rewards are not really worth it. There's no spike lag or screen bug in Hall, but there exists a critical bug.
It happens in all 3 floors, no matter it's the small room where you open crystals or the big room where the boss locates.
If, the lurer or anyone get close to some certain edges or corners, the whole team will be frozen for about 5-7 seconds, while the mobs are still moving.
That lurer will be completely stuck at that corner/ edge until he finds himself dead because the mobs have already approached him.
I'll provide some screenshot circling these spots when I'm free from work & have time to run Hall.

In addition, after the defense curves update Mummy King now seems to be stronger against us dungeoners, it might be tough for random fair geared group but I think it's enough for anyone. Satisfied with this current Hall.
- Finally, Sikuku Catacombs. It has always been full of bugs and spike lag ever since it was introduced.
It has become much better since its introduction, but recently after the server merge, the spike lag causing your characters to keep hitting miss miss miss for over 4-6 secs is still there; Or, your char keep running on its own and kiss the wall, still happens but not that often.
I personally don't spam SC but it's obviously preventing players from enjoying the SC runs.
As many others stated, the screen bug on Gloopy's glue still bothers much & still be the main reason why many of them fail to own this boss & decide to skip him.
But I myself I have no problem with the current hard mode or mobs mechanism, SC deserves it.

Some of the bugs will need to be looking in to, to try and get them to happen. If you can reliably do any bug consistently, instructions on how you do it would be appreciated (send me a PM if you feel anything could be exploited and don't want it to be an issue

The freezing thing may be something related to why there's latency in the first place, we're still investigating it. The "missing" is because the client can continue with its animations, but it isn't receiving information from the server regarding what those actions are doing, so instead of 'pausing' the action, it continues, but displays "miss" until it receives an update on the monster and damage done. When you finally do get the information, you may notice the damage you do on the next 'hit' is high. (it's all the damage done up until that hit added together).
As for the specific events in the Sikuku Catacombs, we'll have to again, look in to them individually to see what may be the cause and how to provide a fix.

Yesterday i couldnt use clanchat anymore nor add someone. While im deputy.
When clan chat stops working, it means the server that handles the clan system might have crashed. This won't affect most of game play normally, but it will impact any clan related features. We've been working on a means to address the crashes, and also improve how it reconnects to existing game play instead of needing to restart the game server as well.
I would like to add to this
HoO as well, the portal after killing the bosses on 1 and 2, it takes awhile for the portal to appear. Its especially noticeable in 2nd floor

Clan related bug:
The Drop Bonus (blue one) does not match the description on the clan skills. Which is no wonder why its so low. I'm in 2 clans so i can confirm this is a wide out bug.
Which drop bonus, could you be specific about the skill and what about the bonus doesn't match?
Arrow bug
When i change my arrows or refill my arrows change
For example i got 900 lighting arrows in my arrow slot i want to refill it to 999.
I put 100 more lighting arrows in it to get 999 but it changes to 100 lighting arrows..
And the 900 lighting arrows dissapear or they change into metal arrows...
Its annoying wasted alot of storm/lighting boxes..
Hmm, that's still happening? We had put a fix in for that a long time ago, but maybe there's another special case to why it is still happening. I will reopen the bug and update it with your example, to see if we can get it to repeat and find a fix. valor quests in xita sometimes don't give rewards if there is lag. happened three times this week. on one occasion I could not scroll through npc conversation with the number keys.
my character has somehow gotten three valor reward passive bonus skills. has not changed gameplay to have them
When the servers were going through the instability, there were various issues that occurred that could merely be due to the performance latency between server and database. But what I'm asking for is anything since May 23, that is recent. Because we're aware that there were many issues that were eventually contributed to the poor performance of the servers, and these sound like they aren't recent from the 23rd, unless they are in which I'm mistaken. So could you please clarify when it happened, and if you want to go in to more detail, we can discuss it through PMs so we don't bore the community with working it out.

Not anymore. In-game announcements were made, the billing server was misbehaving for all of WarpPortal games and required us to restart it so Premium status, and the ability to make Item Mall purchases could be restored.
