I know it may be a bother, but I need to set a new point of reference for any remaining or new issues that appear.

 

First, a quick message:

  1. If you have submit a ticket about an issue and have not received a response, do not repost your issue or that your ticket is unanswered. We will get to your tickets as quickly as possible. If you feel it's been a while, send a followup reply to your ticket, not a new ticket, so it shows that you are following up on the issue.
     
  2. If you experienced any issue with Clan Points or a Skill going missing, and have not submit a ticket, please do so now and detail what was done, and what you should have had. Be sure to include your clan's name and the skill(s) that were being learned, should be learned, or amount of Clan Points that should have been gained.
     
  3. Please try not to post about #2 if you experience it, we're aware it is still an issue and are hard at work to have a permanent fix to prevent it from ever being an issue. Until then, submitting that ticket is the best thing you can do to let us know, and to get it fixed for you directly.

About bugs and spike lag in dungeons.

 

Currently the frequency of bugs in dungeons follows the order: Sikuku Catacombs > Hall of Oblivion > Cave of Ulverick > Sea of Dawn (The later, the less bugs)

 

- I would say Sea of Dawn is now the cleanest of bug dungeon out of all 4, except a tiny event when you periodically can't see 1 of your teammate, but the others still can.

 

- Cave of Ulverick used to have bugs like 'screen bug' - when the boss appears not to be in the correct location on different clients, people; Or 'corner', 'magnetic wall' bugs when your characters move on their own and stick to the walls, corners. -> I haven't experienced these bugs in CoU lately.

The rarely chance of the bug when Ulverick becomes invisible on a certain client/ player is still there. One can still see the boss, but others won't, and observes their teammates attacking into the air.

 

- Hall of Oblivion is the least run dungeon at the moment. Major reason are it's kinda tough and takes longer than the rest to complete while the valor point and rewards are not really worth it. There's no spike lag or screen bug in Hall, but there exists a critical bug.
It happens in all 3 floors, no matter it's the small room where you open crystals or the big room where the boss locates.

If, the lurer or anyone get close to some certain edges or corners, the whole team will be frozen for about 5-7 seconds, while the mobs are still moving.
That lurer will be completely stuck at that corner/ edge until he finds himself dead because the mobs have already approached him.

 

I'll provide some screenshot circling these spots when I'm free from work & have time to run Hall.

In addition, after the defense curves update Mummy King now seems to be stronger against us dungeoners, it might be tough for random fair geared group but I think it's enough for anyone. Satisfied with this current Hall.

 

- Finally, Sikuku Catacombs. It has always been full of bugs and spike lag ever since it was introduced.

It has become much better since its introduction, but recently after the server merge, the spike lag causing your characters to keep hitting miss miss miss for over 4-6 secs is still there; Or, your char keep running on its own and kiss the wall, still happens but not that often.

I personally don't spam SC but it's obviously preventing players from enjoying the SC runs.

 

As many others stated, the screen bug on Gloopy's glue still bothers much & still be the main reason why many of them fail to own this boss & decide to skip him.

But I myself I have no problem with the current hard mode or mobs mechanism, SC deserves it.

I would like to add to this
HoO as well, the portal after killing the bosses on 1 and 2, it takes awhile for the portal to appear. Its especially noticeable in 2nd floor
 
Other than that, its all already stated here

 

Clan related bug:

The Drop Bonus (blue one) does not match the description on the clan skills. Which is no wonder why its so low. I'm in 2 clans so i can confirm this is a wide out bug.

Arrow bug

 

When i change my arrows or refill my arrows change

 

For example i got 900 lighting arrows in my arrow slot i want to refill it to 999.

I put 100 more lighting arrows in it to get 999 but it changes to 100 lighting arrows..

And the 900 lighting arrows dissapear or they change into metal arrows...

 

Its annoying wasted alot of storm/lighting boxes..

Unequip your arrows and relog, they will appear again.

should be "have not submited a ticket"

valor quests in xita sometimes don't give rewards if there is lag. happened three times this week. on one occasion I could not scroll through npc conversation with the number keys. this might be hard to track and should be a lower priority thing to look into

my character has somehow gotten three valor reward passive bonus skills. has not changed gameplay to have them

The feeling of latency in Crystal Defenders has been noted to be looked in to.

The Akram Arena Crystals have been adjusted (boosted) for next patch. We'll keep watch after the patch, so let us know how it feels.

About bugs and spike lag in dungeons.

Currently the frequency of bugs in dungeons follows the order: Sikuku Catacombs > Hall of Oblivion > Cave of Ulverick > Sea of Dawn (The later, the less bugs)

First, thank you for taking the time to create this :)

Some of the bugs will need to be looking in to, to try and get them to happen. If you can reliably do any bug consistently, instructions on how you do it would be appreciated (send me a PM if you feel anything could be exploited and don't want it to be an issue :) )

The freezing thing may be something related to why there's latency in the first place, we're still investigating it. The "missing" is because the client can continue with its animations, but it isn't receiving information from the server regarding what those actions are doing, so instead of 'pausing' the action, it continues, but displays "miss" until it receives an update on the monster and damage done. When you finally do get the information, you may notice the damage you do on the next 'hit' is high. (it's all the damage done up until that hit added together).

As for the specific events in the Sikuku Catacombs, we'll have to again, look in to them individually to see what may be the cause and how to provide a fix.

When clan chat stops working, it means the server that handles the clan system might have crashed. This won't affect most of game play normally, but it will impact any clan related features. We've been working on a means to address the crashes, and also improve how it reconnects to existing game play instead of needing to restart the game server as well.

I would like to add to this
HoO as well, the portal after killing the bosses on 1 and 2, it takes awhile for the portal to appear. Its especially noticeable in 2nd floor

Which drop bonus, could you be specific about the skill and what about the bonus doesn't match?

Hmm, that's still happening? We had put a fix in for that a long time ago, but maybe there's another special case to why it is still happening. I will reopen the bug and update it with your example, to see if we can get it to repeat and find a fix. If you need any help with stuck or overlapping items, let me know through a PM, and we can work it out.

When the servers were going through the instability, there were various issues that occurred that could merely be due to the performance latency between server and database. But what I'm asking for is anything since May 23, that is recent. Because we're aware that there were many issues that were eventually contributed to the poor performance of the servers, and these sound like they aren't recent from the 23rd, unless they are in which I'm mistaken. So could you please clarify when it happened, and if you want to go in to more detail, we can discuss it through PMs so we don't bore the community with working it out. :)

Not anymore. In-game announcements were made, the billing server was misbehaving for all of WarpPortal games and required us to restart it so Premium status, and the ability to make Item Mall purchases could be restored.

All of them, i've checked the description on all of the skills and they don't match the blue stat for drop rate item, its no wonder i see such a small bonus.

As an example:

Common drop rate, blue says it gives 0.5%

while in the same skill, the description it says it gives +50%

 

Also the recovery clan skill description not matching to the blue, blue says recieve hp AND mp, while description only says hp

The biggest issues that I have encountered, other than the clan bugs, is the horrible lag in CD.  Dungeons have some lag, especially HOO, but nothing like CD.  A lot of us won't even play CD right now because it is so bad.  People have full health one minute and are dead the next and a FS cleric can't heal because it is hard to even figure out who is being hit.  For me the lag started even trying to run up to the first xtal.  I was with everyone then alone, then with some on the way up.  It is not my computer, since right after I did an AA and all was fine, no lag.  

 

There is some lag in Junon by the shops but I won't complain about that since I am just so dam happy to see the population and the amount of shops.  

 

I sent in tickets for all of the other issues that I have had, but I know they are swamped with issues so will wait to see.

Aah!! Thank you, it seems the values placed for the percentages were set, but they are missing an extra '00'!  That will be fixed in the next patch now.

 

As for the description, it looks as if the second half got cut off in the tooltip. We'll see about getting that fixed, but the effect should be both HP & MP.

【Critical bug 】

Many players have experienced the event when consume or material appeared again in inventory/ storage despite being used or sold.

I'm sure that the devs are aware of this issue but there hasn't been any absolute solution so far.

I've been around since Jan, 2014, but the first time I encountered this was right after the database update in July. (It's likely that this issue happened in the past as well).

I've confirmed that this issue happens to both consumable items and materials, yet unable to confirm with equipments (It hasn't occurred to me so far)

The fact that this issue does happen, and it's likely to happen to anyone in-game. This is a mean allowing some players to dupe or exploit items.

This happens periodically & randomly that I haven't been able to confirm when & how to reproduce it, so Leo, count you on.

 

In my opinion, this issue should be flagged high priority.

Dual skill - Bloody assault

Normal : absorb hp is 50% + 2000

Pvp : absorb hp is 100% + 400

 

Is it to be intended like that? Because the only way to have a better absorption with pvp bloody assault is to do at least 3200 damage to overide the normal one.

As we started to level up clan passives, the Clan member list has been bugged. It doesnt show the older members that were invited before we started to upgraded passives.
