Happened: I assume 10ish years ago?

Tried reviving an old account, but it says "Disconnected from Server" upon choosing the effected characters. Made a new character on the account and it worked just fine

I have 2 characters that are now stuck.

A ninja that was stuck for over a week now (support still didn't fix it for me), and my main GX that just got stuck now.

Trying to log onto either says 'Failed to connect to server'

I get stuck whenever I enter juperos through Dungeon teleporter it seems - my other characters that arent there are not stuck.
