I forgot my password to the support warpportal site, and putting my email into the password recovery form only sends me my username. Is there something I'm missing?

Nope. The email just says the following:

I tried it again and got the same result. Please note that I'm talking about the support website, I know my username/password for the warpportal site, but for whatever reason the support website uses a different username/password. The link that opens when I click the forgotten login link on the support website is https://support.warp...otPassword.aspx.

It is being worked on.
WP Support Account password recovery is being done manually for now. Please send in a Support Ticket without login and request password to be sent to you, Warnhal will be assisting with such requests.

In case anyone else runs into this problem, the solution is that passwords cannot be recovered and you need to make a new support account. Issue resolved I guess?
