Ranger job change quest bug

Hi im currently doing a job change to go ranger and have the dragon fly tail already but the npc wont bring me to next step.
and if i try to open the quest window of ranger job change quest the game crashes

same thing happen to me

But

I manage to finish ranger quest without looking in that job change quest (100% crashes) and watch youtube.
