when i'm trying to do cursed spirit quest, there's no dialog when i'm going to some trigger location,i did bring handcuffs

i don't remember that i need kill one of the above areas of the monsters, all i need it just bring the handcuffs and nothing happened

Trigger location guide (every line assumes that the lines above it don't apply):

• don't have handcuffs -> nothing happens
• completed the quest up to the part where you get experience -> nothing happens
• stepping on location for the first time -> loli ruri sound
• stepping on location after the first time -> loli ruri sound, curse, 40% chance of dialog

You only need to hear the loli ruri sound to continue. You don't have to kill any monsters; it's just a suggestion (so you don't get mauled while doing the first step).
