WPE Deducted After Error While Gifting

Hi hi, so i was trying to gift WPE to a friend, and i went to this webpage https://www.warpport...energyshop.aspx
So i typed my name there, the name of my friend, and i left the e-mail optional field blank. 
I chose the 1k WPE and pressed the "Click to buy now" thing. 

Then i got sent to this webpage: https://www.warpport...energyshop.aspx

Since it's written to "Try again later", i thought it was just a random error and tried twice more. So yeah, i tried 3 times to send

1k WPE (Total 3K WPE). I had 4K WPE and when i went back to check my account after the failures, i only had 1k WPE left, no gift codes and my WPE was gone.

I did send a ticket but i wonder if the support team will get my WPE back.

Any information regarding this?

They should be able to reimburse you the WPE since the mistake was due to a site error. Just be sure to log into your Support account to check on the status of your ticket.
