To me, the most interesting part of this is that WP now seems to be capable of adding new quests into the game.

I think it's the fact that some npc's are meant to constantly have event quests written for them so it's easier to give them new quests than to other npc's. Gato for example always has event-based quests added and removed so it's easier to do it for him.

Hm... theoretically it's possible to add a quest to every NPC in the game.

Giving NPCs quests is database related stuff, so it's possible now. Client changes are still not possible.

I'm sure there will be an EXP weekend, but I don't have the rates yet. I will probably get them on Thursday and post them as soon as I got them.

If you're asking about the Ghost Busters set, it already was available not that long ago. And it doesn't look too good on most characters.

Yup, was available not long ago already. Now it's given an extra week - for all the newcomers I guess.

For many players the stats are the only thing that counts these days. Well, their way of playing. Live and let live me thinks.

However I'm proud to say I'm not one of those and I for myself go for the look.

Why, I have one of course, although it really is a pain to use it since I have to let my Secma gear show unless I want to look like modern 'art'.

Better go for Highshool, Naughty little devil and this kind of sets when you're a kawaii bishoujo : the looks are what matters when you can choose between so many costumes.

 

And I believe the Ghost Busters one isn't the worse when you're comparing it with Devil of Agility's set, or even the Ragged Ghost one.

I guess you need game with more fashion related stuff since Dragon Saga have very little customizability... "Hamtarosan". (no offence, only fluff)

Yet the funny thing is that I played another game on which my main character was named "Hamster-san". Can you read minds ?!

 

Also Dragon Saga has plenty of costumes compared to most other MMORPGs, so fashion-related stuff already is quite present. Plus each set has quite a unique look, we have many faces, hairstyles and hair colours available... (always comparing to some other MMOs). Nothing to complain about on this part.

EXCEPT I don't have every single good-looking set yet.

Actually you are not the first person telling me i can read minds... i will need to live with that i guess :v as for customization, i was playing (and i will still after next big update and changing my dying gpu) game where there are almost infinite possibilities when it comes to fashion mixes and such. (fusing looks of individual set parts with stats of another so you can wear your favourite mix without losing any good stats, changing colors of item, ...) That's why i was like "there is very little customizability" in here, still a nice game tho.

Can't expect a modded-Skyrim-like customizability from korean devs of a free-to-play game I guess... You're right, it could be much more than this, but the way characters are designed doesn't allow much. At least the models don't look too bad. (not thinking about Eden Eternal, Dragon Nest etc. where every single character looks as horrible as any other due to the poor graphics)

 

Looking forward to helping in designing / choosing costumes to create and add to DS as soon as the dev team is able to achieve this kind of thing. There always are tons of things to do !

 

I just noticed we don't have any long twintails hairstyle. How shameful !

I was talking about f2p korean MMORPG when describing game that i play besides Dragon Saga (it has entirely different looks and atmospehere than DS) and it's customization possibilities so it is sort of possible to expect such things. Nice game with pretty unique fighting style but it's not "open world" and it takes much time (or real money) till you get to the good stuff (infinite fusion possibilities, fusion runes and custom color ampoules are quite expensive when buying with gold), everything can be bought with in game gold (IM stuff from other players or with special currency that can be bought with gold too), looks nice but it uses old version of Source engine so optimization for multi core CPU's is bad, not that bad when someone is not using "minimum spec" PC (they sort of fixed that, enabling special option in later dungs where multicore is needed cuz being pt leader means hosting other players in it too, on your PC/net). Not throwing any titles, to not advertise different MMORPG.
