If it takes that much effort to get the real gears, then the effect should be permanent.

you don't see anything wrong with costumes that have +12 to all stats as a permanent thing? even the welfare shadow armor wasn't that op at full strength.

it took a lot of effort to get all the Christmas costumes too but those didn't have any real effects either if I recall.

thanks for the guides as always. some questions:

1) do we have any level restrictions on this quest?
2) are the crystal monsters on every world map, or just in the same map as the summoner?

 

Basing from CM Oda's update:

 

Crystal Invasion: Crystal Monsters have appeared in fields and dungeons across Rune Midgard and a boss monster can be summoned in South Prontera Field! These monsters drop event coupons when killed.

 

I guess that Crystal monster is wandering all over Rune Midgard. The Map with the Summoner is just the special one since he summons an MVP Boss that drops the said items.

Well... hrm. I guess, yea. They should at least make the coupons character-bound if it's going to be permanent. If they aren't, then having a time limit on the effects seems reasonable.

This works too, much like shadow gears. +10 during event, and +something (4?) without.

Last one was Storm Knight add 100m HP to all mvps spawned and i calc around 100 coupons around the map if not still too little for the amount of effort to kill a 100m HP mvp

Yes it should be. The server got restarted to fix it. They were like this originally....
