TIP: Cart/storage the trash and just collect on your preferred character. Gotta keep the quest / not TI until you're done collecting on that character though.

 

Dunno if it was intended but I saw people doing it yday and wondered why I was logging each char to do it...

I'm new to iRO. Old time player (2003) coming back to Ragnarok after some years. Always tried to come back, but pRO's has always been too infested with bots and not so legit items; good thing those servers down.. forever. I have a question, did anybody tried to check if there is some kind of hidden mechanic behind the event items we're not aware of?  I'm still trying to convince myself they're not trolling us with this broken piece of .

anyone know the cooldown time for the summoner npc at south pront?

dunno cd but there's a serverwide announcement when an mvp is spawned. you should have plenty of time to get to the field (mvps have like 100 mil hp?), although it's probably easier to just park an alt there to go grab coupons once the mvp is dead.

also, is the GTB mvp even killable or did everyone give up?

People can vend the costume that expires and the red txt doesn't show when you look at them.

 

Avoid the scam! I didn't buy one but found others who have - it's not the perm one for that cheap. e_e

the permanent one isn't a costume right? if so, it's pretty easy to tell apart. still, thumbs down on the scammers

Probably, haven't seen that one in vend yet to compare & with the right click excluding the expiration date in red many have already derped not realizing

btw the old unknown coupons I had in my possession transformed into 12th anniversary coupons. petals also appear to no longer be dropping them; in fact I don't think they've dropped them for a while now (if they still drop, it's definitely not at the advertised 5% rate). probably was stealth-patched a while back.

Don't the items have distinctly different effects? I.e. 12 to stats vs the hit, crit, hp etc boosting one.

honestly the +12 stats for the costumes don't work either but people are still buying them.

it doesn't help that some unsavory vendors actually put "non-expiring" in their vend names.

LOL people are putting that in their vend name? i sold my +7 crown i made and i actually warned the person the Crit+120 is actually crit+12 and that it has a hidden slot and +2 to all stats they still wanted it   didn't think i could sell something so broken

I didnt find any kind of charm to make it work, you have to put a set which takes top and mid costume slots and yet doing so, gives you no bonus at all. I don't think like playing at all with this anniversary maintenance

Almost the same situation happened yesterday. It was with the Stormy Knight. There's a couple of people trying killing it when one Gene came from the north part and lure it near the South Prontera entrance. Throwing Acid bomb like theres no tomorrow damaging it 100k+ per hit! WTH, Gene is indeed so OP. I only hurl 6k each punch with my Mechanic lols.

 

Anyway as the MVP died, everyone gathered, but the Gene was fast enough to do Greed. Then, everything on the ground was clean. I only manage to get 1 coupon =_=
